Cancellation Policy
We make every effort to see our patients in a timely manner. We know longer appointment times are important to our clients and we do not want to compromise those through overbooking. We are asking for help from our clients to accomplish this goal. If you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment time or surgical procedure, please give us notice at least 24 hours in advance. We always keep a cancellation list for patients who need to be seen, and this advanced notice will allow us to offer this appointment time to another pet in need.
We understand that unforeseen events come up, so the first missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours-notice will be rescheduled without any additional constraints. However, after a second missed appointment or last minute cancellation a deposit equivalent to the cost of the exam or base surgery will be requested for reschedule of all future appointments. This deposit will go towards the cost of the exam for the upcoming appointment, but will not be refunded if the appointment is missed again. Any late arrivals greater than 15 minutes after the start of the scheduled appointment time will be considered as a missed appointment and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
