Please enclose photographs of what you will be selling. Failure to fully represent your product may result in expulsion from the festival. You do not have to provide photos of all items but a good representation of the quality of your work.
Booth spaces are 10' x 10'.
Saturday & Sunday fees per booth:

You must supply your own equipment for your booth. We recommend you bring your own shade (awning or umbrella). Power will not be available to craft vendors and generators are not permitted. All booths will be in the open air, in Franklin Park behind the Yakima Valley Museum. Assigned craft booth locations will be marked out beforehand. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests at time of turning in your application.
NO PARKING WILL BE ALLOWED ON GRASS AT ANY TIME. You will be allowed to pull in to unload you equipment. This includes overnight for sleeping.
*Although attempts will be made to provide security for Friday and Saturday Night, please be advised that vendors assume all risk for accidents and losses to themselves and exhibits. The Yakima Folklife Festival Committee will not be responsible for theft and damage to merchandise or personal property.
Our Vendor Committee will be in contact with you soon regarding approval, payment, and space location. Once contacted with approval, you will be need to pay your full balance due by (6.7.19) to hold your spot.
