1. DOCUMENTATION of your praxis. This needs to give us a full and coherent sense of the work that you are/have been making. Provide direct weblink/s (eg; website, online portfolio, google drive link to pdf portfolio etc.) *

1. Short paragraph on current role/s and responsibilities.
