You must register to be directed to an application form for your area.
Applications are now fully electronic - you must now write, edit, and submit your application (with supporting documents) online.
Applications that have not been completed and submitted within 90 days of registering will be automatically deleted.
In order to access or view the Application form you will need to register with your name and e-mail address. If you are working on the Application as part of a team it is important that only one person from your team register for the application. A link will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
This unique link can be shared with team members. Please note that everyone with whom you share your unique link has the ability to see, enter, delete, save, edit, and upload information, and submit the application.
If your Community of Faith/Ministry/Network is applying for multiple projects, you will need to register separately for each project to obtain a unique link each.
