    Adoption fee for Project Freedom Ride Direct Adopt dogs (includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations (2 parvo/distempter boosters, bordatella, rabies), registered microchip, negative heartworm test, negative fecal, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and heath certificate):

    $500 total adoption fee ($300 adoption fee (vetting costs) plus $200 transport cost)

    (Project Freedom Ride transports to the Pacific Northwest and NE)

    Fees are payable via Venmo, Cashapp, or PayPal and must be paid in advance of PFR transport for our PNW and NE adopters.

     

    If you are local (within 300 miles of Hale Center, Texas) and will be coming to Hale Center to pick up your adopted dog, the adoption fee is $200.  There will be no transport cost since you will be picking up the dog yourself.  

  • Submitting this application does not mean you are commiting to a dog, nor does it guarantee you will get that dog.  It is simply a tool we use to help both you and us identify a good potential match for your family and lifestyle.

    A successful adoption depends on selecting the right dog for your household and a good understanding of the dog's needs and care requirements.  Please help us with this process by answering the following questions fully & completely. THANK YOU!

  • I understand that completing this application does not guarantee I will be allowed to adopt a dog, and that the application is a tool to help Paw Pals of Hale Center determine if this dog and my family are a good fit for each other.  I acknowledge that all information provided on this form is true and correct.  I also certify that I have never been convicted of animal cruelty or neglect.  

    I agree to allow a representative from Paw Pals of Hale Center to contact my vet for a reference and also agree to allowing a home visit  or video call prior to adopting this dog. If I am approved to adopt a dog, I agree to pay the above listed adoption fee.

    I understand that all dogs adopted from Paw Pals of Hale Center will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested, fecal tested (if adopted through PFR), and vaccinated prior to adoption.
