Beaverton Town Hall Players
This membership allows you all the privileges of any member in good standing (as stated in the By-Laws of Beaverton Town Hall Players). As a member, you are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting and Members Meetings. If you do not attend the AGM, then you must fill our a new application form each year. You will remain as a member until such time that you resign or it is terminated by the Board of Directors.
The mandate of the Beaverton Town Hall Players:
The Beaverton Town Hall Players will make every effort to promote professional calibre live theatre of music, drama and comedy in the Beaverton Town Hall second floor theatre designed and constructed in the year 1910.
The association named herein will continue to encourage children and adults to fully participate in rehearsals and stage presentations creating camaraderie throughout the year. The objective is to upgrade the acting skills and music talents of the participants for the enjoyment of theatre patrons.
Money raised from presentations of shows will be used to maintain and refurbish the theatre, support other theatrical activities, provide a scholarship to a local high school student who will be attending a Post-Secondary education in Theatre or Performing Art, to support local charitable activities and other local registered charities
