Altar Flowers Reservation Form

To request flowers for a particular Sunday, please click on the NEXT button below and follow the instructions on each screen. 

We will accept up to two acknowledgements per Sunday for altar flowers. 

There are no flowers for Lent, Easter Sunday and the Sunday after Christmas

Once a date has been filled, it will no longer be available to reserve.  If more than two people reserve a date at the same time, we will contact you to see if we can determine an alternate date.

We request that each person requesting flowers make a $60 donation to the Altar Guild to offset the cost of the flowers.  You can make this donation online through PayPal or by dropping a check off at the church office or in the collection plate.

Please note that to appear in the bulletin, reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the date you wish to have acknowledged.
