Please work closely with your stylists and except all their recommendations to avoid matting and acessive . Mane Attractions/ PVM will not be responsible for poor at home maintenance that destroys your unit

  • I understand that deep curly hair requires maintenance and tight textures may experience tangling and some shedding. Textures may vary. This is not the best option for beginner clients with hair extensions.Improper maintenance can destroy your unit.

  • If have let Mane Attractions know about all my allergies. We use nut/tree nut and some latex /sulfur containing products. Therefore you may experience cross contamination or direct contact with possible allergens. We will not be responsible for redos ,refunds or medical fees. We dont service clients with allergy.
  • Do yoy have alopecia or thinning hair?
  • I understand that adhesive installs require longer wait time. Please purchase 2 Custom Units, and Book Custom Unit Speedy Service to Reduce the dryer tine, extra cleaning and prolonged wait time needed when waiting to apply adhesive . Also come back to salon within 2-4 weeks . The Glue / gel hardens the longer you wait between visits.
  • I understand that installs should be shampooed 1-2x a month and that there is no maintenance service after 3 months. The hair can begin matting/ break off and form scalp mites after this period,
  • Will a child under the age of 16 be attending with you or guest ?
  • I understand that when i purchase Weave Drs pre loved or floor models that All Sales Are Final and AS IS. Also once hair is installed or evaluated by clients All sales are final. NO texture swaps allowed once installed. Be sure to receive pics of the texture that you will be receiving.
  • I understand blondes & colors lighter than 30 may not be acheiveable and will require a higher grade of hair or color corretion which will be an additional service.

  • I am informed that when customizing some knots may not get bleached and in some spots become overly bleached when colored. For super bleached knots add on $7 dollars to order. Or order Elite service. Only one 15-30 min Bleach job is included with mascara touch up for celebrity install. *Thicker knots and close grid lace may not Bleach evenly /completely, also Each vendors processing time may vary.
  • I understand if i engage in rough activity, excessive sweating, swimming and poor hair maintenance that my hair can be affected.

  • I have been informed that excessive shedding matting can happen from improper usage, excessive sweating, poor maintenace at home ,poor product choice, and not scheduling regularly.
  • Im am interested in receiving the Elite custom fitting services and custom lace designing services. This gives client complete control over their unit and fits closely to the Scalp. Units and pieces are ventilated strand by strand to the customers liking. Services begin @ 175 and up. For exact head mold look into our Cranial Prosthesis

  • I understand that custom Units /lace wigs can only mimic my Scalp and not give exact results. Grids some knots may be visible. More plucking = more scalp visible. Bring your own foundation for closest lace match and choose elite service
  • I am interested in a custom fitted unit that can be worn glueless, has less lumps and bumps and is great for Alopecia and Healthy hair practices.
  • I understand that a weave and Virgin hair is an investment and All Sales Hair Pieces and services are final. NO Refunds Please inspect quality before installing. Due to increase of scammimg : All Wig And Hair Scammers will be reported and pursued legally to the highest level of Md Law. Please Don't purchase if you are not financially ready or if your uncertain.
  • I understand that Mane Attractions doesn't not allow pre colored hair for wig/ extensions. Please consult with stylist prior to booking.
  • I understand that Mane Attractions preferred form of payment if through zelle, cash app and venmo. All card users will have to complete a credit card authorizatiom form. All credit cards will be stored on file for charge backs, disputes and debts agreed upon for services and hair units/ extensions. These cards will only be used for these purposes. I agree to these terms and conditions.
  • I understand that if I change my mind because of buyers remorse , description changes or delays that i will still be required to pay the balance on my wig and that all unpaid balances after 5 months will result in loosing your complete deposit. Any late cancelations (Less then 48 hrs notice) for wig / weave install dates will result in a $175 late cancelation fee or refusal of future services. Late cancellations will not be accepted at this salon.

Clients with frequent Late Cancellations will be required to pay 50% to Full Deposit to set an future appointment . 2.All Sales are Final on Hair Extensions/ Services Once Installed NO RETURNS. Return damages hair in 3 days if defective. PVM will only exchange if hair is defective this must be determined within our 3 day policy. All Clients who are not satisfied MUST return within 3 business days to report damaged goods or poorly installed services. All disputes / resolutions must be settled within 2 week time period after purchase. 3. All closures and lace wigs will naturally shead especially curly wefts . Loc hair pieces may fall with excessive product and manipulation 4. Clients who purchase Maintenance services and who use stylists approved products/ styling tools will get full life span on Virgin Hair( all glueless installs require at home maintenance to some degree. 5. We dont allow clients to bring visitors who record and watch stylist perform services. 6. Please notify us when male guests / children will be arriving . Many of PVM clients suffer from alopecia. 7. Clients that Verbally demean stylist openly, are overly aggressive and cause gross disruption will be asked to leave or refunded deposit or we will discontinue servicing you immediately .8. No redos/ touch ups on installs that have been altered by clients( washing hair, relaxing edges excessive pulling etc). 9. Clients who have excessive matted hair from take down will be charged an additional $75 or asked to reschedule if braid take down exceeds 45 min. 10. This is a hair weaving salon where waiting is expected ; please don't book other services or events same day as appointment. We will notify you if we are running 15-30 min behind so you can get serviced quickly. THERE IS NO such think as 1 on 1 service unless requested for Alopecia Clients or Paid for when booking 1on 1 Service (extra fees may apply. ) During Summer -Spring/Winter Holiday/ and Govt Holidays we are busy Expect minor to longer wait . Full payment will be due upon completion of services , any credit card fraud or payment refusal will be subject to arbitration and subject to the laws in the of Maryland. Mane Atrractions/PVM cannot be responsible for buyers remorse or exact product matching. I agree that Mane Attractions Hair/Weaving cannot be responsible for: 1. Poor Hair Choice Provided by Clients that effects the outcome of service, 2. For Allergic Reactions and Hair Loss/ trauma outside of the stylist control( high blood pressure medication, improper maintenance , vitamin deficiencies, male pattern baldness ,illness etc.) Please ask for a patch test or receive product recommendations from a dermatologists / trichologists, 3. All hair coloring services can take 2-5 coloring jobs for desired color due to hair quality/ donor. 4. Due to our large clientele same day Redos or fixes will not be allowed please plan accordingly. No More than 2 hair cut changes per appointment. 5. All chemical hair services , regular hair manipulation can weaken hair. Please use our maintenance and treatments / removal process for best results. 6. Please drop off units and order hair in advance that needs to customized prior to appointment for the best and most timely results. 7. All virgin hair and processed hair has its own identity . Mane Attractions/PVM cant be held responsible if your hairs aren't perfectly compatible or if you try to mix other suppliers hair with ours. We can also not be responsible if your hair / scalp doesn't blend properly with your hair extensions Blending varies on skin type and complexion. We can only try our best. (Relax your hair or be prepared to do extra Maintenance from home. 8. Schedule in advance and in non peak hours for minimal wait time. 8. Any children that are under aged at the salon must be attended by parent at all times and must not touch wigs or shop decorations(We wont be liable if your child is injured ). 9 Full Payment must be received at at the end of services. 10. Clients who are late past 30min may be asked to reschedule. 11. Order hair in advance for customer orders. CUSTOM Prosthetic and Loc Units Orders can take up to 16 weeks to create. 12. We are beauticians and hair is an art we aim to get color/hair cuts / weave installs as close as possible but we cant promise identical exact duplication . Also performing high light and over processing the color of your extensions can dry out your virgin hair and in some cases cause breakage to virgin hair. 13.All SALES And Deposits FINAL do to the nature of our services and hair pieces offered we will not be able to return pieces due to hygienic reasons/ allergies etc. Buyers remorse is not a valid request for a Refund ; if you pay with a credit /debit card you agree to authorize the payment and have been informed on our ALL SALES FINAL CLAUSE.14 . F rontal replacement may be required on Custom Units. Women who sweat and have poor maintenance practices may need to replace the frontal/ closures more often. (+65 dollar re attachment fee) Additional fees may apply.15. All Custom Units must be picked up or paid in full no later than 3 business days from original final due date. If not unit may be subject to reselling and larger deposit in future. 16. We cant guarantee how much your insurance company will reimburse you or cover unit, please consider when making a deposit/ scheduling. Client shall hold harmless Mane Attractions/ PVM harmless from any and all claims arising from transactions: Such as hair/scalp conditions and disorders; Allergic reactions caused by products and virgin hair; hair cuts , Buyers remorse and unexpected but reasonable changes from product/ hair manufactures . 17. If you make a suggestion that interferes with the structural formation of our braiding/ adhesive/ weaving / hair cutting/ coring methods we can not be responsible for less than desired results. 18. Mane Attractions will sanitize frequently touched surfaces at the salon/ will practice social distancing and will not be responsible for COVID -19 contraction. Please wear a mask at all times. Please be mindful of removing your mask when eating drinking or adjustment while sitting underneath the dryer or during glue application. 19. If you have a dispute complaint please give us 24-48 hrs to reply we don't settle disputes on our off days. 20. Please book online for quickest booking . 21. Mane Attractions will only carryout agreed upon services we cannot change after we have instituted the agreed services. 22. Mane Attractions/ PVM reserves the right to end services for clients who are openly demeaning/ arguing and creating a scene. We will ask for the wig balance and a cancelation fee of $125 . We will not be responsible for defaulting on any events and celebrations.*
