Mini Session Package Includes
-up to 20 minutes shooting time, on-location or in client's home
-includes 10 images delivered via download
-up to 6 people included (unless previously discussed with photographer)

Total fee: $150 (due at time of session)

T E R M S 

DIGITAL COPYRIGHTS, ARTISTIC PROPERTY: Final payment for services rendered determines the release of the final product(s). No photography may be reproduced in any manner without the explicitly written permission of the photographer. It then becomes the property of the client for their personal use. Commercial use must obtain separate permissions. Images may be used on personal web sites. An acknowledgement to the Photographer is requested and appreciated. It is also understood that client will not edit or manipulate photos in any way, excluding basic black and white. This includes filters on social media. Lifeshots Photography maintains full and sole copyright to said intellectual property.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY: Lifeshots Photography takes the utmost care of the delivered product. However, if the photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond Lifeshots Photography’s control liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. If the client is unhappy with his/her finished product, although it is within the style advertised by Lifeshots Photography, the client agrees that it is at no fault of the photographer and there is no liability held on the photographer. Lifeshots Photography will house a photo session for six months, after which, the photographer is not liable to reproduce any images from session, should client lose their images.

Lifeshots Photography is not responsible for chasing after children or pets during a photo session. Lifeshots Photography tries very hard to make the photo session an enjoyable experience, however if a child or any other family member refuses to participate, it is at no fault of the photographer. Lifeshots Photography is not responsible for clothing or makeup mishaps. While there are a lot of things Photoshop can fix, not everything is salvageable. Therefore, please make sure you choose clothing that you and your family are comfortable in.

HEALTH & SAFETY: Lifeshots Photography wants to create beautiful, lasting memories for each client. Therefore, it is extremely important that each client feels their best at their photo session. If you or your child have had a fever, vomiting or other symptoms of a contagious nature, it is up to the client to disclose this information and reschedule the session. It is further understood that in the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event/session, and the client does not wish to reschedule, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. Wherein, if the client wishes to cancel the event/session with no fault of the photographer, client forfeits the non-refundable retainer.

IDEMNIFICATION: The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client(s) during the course of the photography session.

EXHIBITION: The client allows the photographer to exhibit selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of my work. Unless otherwise stated. See model release below.

MODEL RELEASE 
By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow Lifeshots Photography by Melissa Cox, LLC to share images from my session (including that of any minor children) on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.
