Life jackets are provided and required to be worn at all times while on the water. Helmets are not provided, and renters should use their own discretion regarding additional safety gear. Renters are fully responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the kayak or related equipment during their rental period. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from such damage will be charged to the renter.
