  • PJ Library in South Africa is a programme of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, implemented in partnership with the South African Board of Jewish Education. The books celebrate Jewish culture, values and traditions through a wide range of stories and beautiful illustrations.

    Hundreds of children in Johannesburg are already subscribed to PJ Library through the following schools:

    • King David Linksfield
    • King David Sandton
    • King David Victory Park
    • King David Minnie Bersohn
    • King David Rosabelle Klein
    • King David Ariel
    • Chabad Sandton
    • Sandton Sinai
    • Sydenham

    If your child attends a different school, but meets the eligibility guidelines below, please use this form to enrol your child(ren) for a direct subscription, which will be available for pickup at a designated location.

    Eligibility Guidelines:

    In order to be eligible for PJ Library, your child must be raised in a Jewish family and be in one of the following age groups:

    • Junior group preschool
    • Senior group preschool
    • Grade R
    • Grade 1
    • Grade 2

    Please note that once your child graduates Grade 2, he/she will no longer receive PJ Library books.

  • The child's parents/guardians will need to collect and sign for the book(s).

    You will be notified via email when your books are ready for pick-up. 

    Once your enrolment is approved, more information will be sent to you.
