I acknowledge that the annual registration, exam, term and costume hire fees are non-refundable. If the enrolling student discontinues classes at any time during the year and these fees have already been paid or partially paid.
I acknowledge that concert tickets cannot be purchased if any tuition fees are outstanding from the year, I also acknowledge that concert tickets are non refundable.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for reading the 2026 Bayside Ballet Academy Prospectus and will adhere to the guidelines and policies as set out in this document.
I acknowledgeable to read all forms of BBA communication to the best of my ability including emails, newsletters, online posts, noticeboards and hard copy documents.
I acknowledge that enrolment will ONLY be confirmed upon payment of the BBA registration fee-$45 per student or $40.00 for sibling families.
I acknowledge that I agree all term fee payments will be made by the due date or a late fee of $5.00 for each week overdue will automatically be applied to my account. This will be strictly enforced in 2026 if no form of written communication regarding requesting a payment arrangement or extended payment date has been made to the BBA Principal.
I acknowledge that my child or myself participates in the activities provided at Bayside Ballet Academy at his/her or my own risk and responsibility. I release indemnity and hold harmless Bayside Ballet Academy, it’s teachers and staff, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me or on my behalf or by other parties or in respect of or arising out of any injury loss damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach-of-contract or in any other way whatsoever.
I acknowledge that any costumes hired to students at Bayside Ballet Academy will be returned to BBA in the same condition in which originally given if taken home. This is in accordance with the BBA Costume terms as set out in the 2026 BBA Prospectus.
I acknowledge that costume hire costs will be paid in full for the annual year concert in Terms 3 and 4 in accordance with the BBA Costume and payment terms in the annual BBA Prospectus. Costume hire invoices are payable in full if commitment has been made to participate in the annual show in Term 3. Late concert withdrawals in Term 3 or 4 are still obligated to pay the full costume hire fee as charged as costumes are made or purchased in advance for students. I understand that costume fees are non refundable.
I acknowledge that enrolment is expected for the entire school year of 2026 and if my child or myself cease attending during this time then a period of two weeks notice must be given to advise of this. If no communication is made to BBA within this required time period then fees for the upcoming term invoiced are deemed payable by me.
