FOR ALL USERS OF THIS FARMER AVAILABILITY FORM:
Supply Farm Application
Supply products are allowed at the Copley Square Farmers Market in order to ensure a vibrant, diverse, and consistent selection of goods for our visitors. The main reason supply is allowed is to provide "insurance" against factors affecting production that are outside the farm's control and allow them to maintain product availability when supply is low.
In addition to providing this safety net, supply products are allowed when they are not already produced by another vendor. These supplementary products add value to the market by increasing the overall selection available to visitors, which provides a more complete shopping experience. Supplemental supply products must still be sourced from local, MFM-member farms.
As a reminder, Copley Farmers Market is defined as a Cooperating Sales System (Class 2) (defined in Managed Market Policy, Section 1). Class 2
Farmers Market Vendors reselling supply product must adhere to the following Class 2 guidelines:
For each product on the list below, you must list which farm it will be supplied from. Additionally, you must provide field maps of all crops you intend to bring to market from your supply farms, which you can scan and send to email@example.com or mail to 240 Beaver Street, Waltham, MA 02452. All supply farms are subject to a $75 fee upon acceptance.
