Blue Ash Civic League Scholarship ($1000)
One $1000 scholarship is awarded and divided into two installments: $500 for fall and spring semesters. This scholarship is contingent on the student maintaining at least a 2.5 GPA.
The Blue Ash Civic League has served the Blue Ash community since the early 1900’s providing civic, social and community services. Members of the Civic League were leaders in the efforts to incorporate Blue Ash; a goal achieved in 1954. Over the years members have worked to improve city services and infrastructure, enhance quality of life, and provide opportunities for youth in the community.
Today the Civic League has evolved into a philanthropic and social organization. Membership is comprised of community leaders, local business people and anyone with an interest in promoting the livability of our region.
In addition to other activities, the League is the founding and title organization of the Blue Ash Memorial Day parade. It is the chartering organization for Blue Ash Boy Scout Troop 299; sponsors youth baseball teams and contributes to several Blue Ash based nonprofit organizations and student scholarships.
The Civic League is delighted to be partnering with UC Blue Ash to provide a scholarship for students in the greater Blue Ash area.
