BOOTH ELIGIBILITY & PREFERRED PLACEMENT
Sponsors have priority for booth floor space options. All other spaces are available first-come-first service with a secured application. FBL has the right to shift booth locations at will & as site logistics & traffic flow needs dictate.
SET UP AND BREAK-DOWN
Vendor agrees to adhere to the set up and break-down times shared on the vendor guide. Vendor agrees to have display set up completed prior to the official opening of the event. Further, the vendor agrees not to dismantle exhibit before the close of the event. Vendor waives all discounts for set-up if in violation of terms.
SPACE SUBLETTING/SHARING
Vendor agrees that you will not share or sublet any portion of your space during any portion to another person or entity without prior written approval or consent by FBL.
COMPETITION & VENDING EXCLUSIVITY
FBL reserves the right to do exclusive vending. Vendor applications should include the range of products to be sold. Exclusive vending gives each vendor the opportunity to vend with minimal competition for similar products to boost revenue potential. Vendor agrees to display and vend only products disclosed on the approved application. FBL reserves the right to enforce removal of items that fall not included in the approved application.
BOOTH OPERATION
Approved application entitle vendor to 3 vendor passes which grant access to the exhibition/exhibition staging area. Passes do not include access to the conference, dinner, and social events. Vendors must always keep booth maintained.
BOOTH REGULATIONS
Vendor acknowledges responsibility under the Americans with Disability Act and agrees to make their booth accessible to handicapped persons. Vendor shall indemnify and hold FBL and host facility harmless against any costs, losses, penalties, damages, including, but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs, which may be incident to, arising out of or be caused by a Vendor’s failure to comply with this Act. No fixture or equipment will be placed where it will block the sight of another Vendor unless mutually agreed upon by the exhibiting company’s on-site contract. Aisles and exits shall be kept clean and free of obstruction. Empty packing containers, wrappings or display materials must be removed from the exhibit hall during Exhibit hours. Amplified music, vocal presentations, radios or any other noisemaking machines are permitted if not audible in neighboring booths or causing any annoyance or disruption to adjacent exhibitors. FBL will have final decision regarding use of any such noise making machines. Smoking is strictly prohibited in Exhibit Hall. Literature distribution is restricted to the individual space. Distribution of literature is prohibited outside of Exhibit space.
PAYMENT
Full payment of vendor registration fee must accompany Vendor Agreement. Applicant must be in good standing at the time of payment. There will be no exceptions. You may pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal or ACH. A signed agreement and/or payment to secure this application indicates a firm commitment in accordance with the corresponding vendor terms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests must be received in writing. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Cancellations are refundable within 7 days. Cancellations after 7 days are non-refundable.
INDEMNIFICATION
Vendor agrees to conduct its activities upon the premises so as not to endanger any person or property and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless FBL, our agents, employees, officers, directors, staff and members of any and all claims for loss, injury or damage to persons or property arising out of activities conducted on the part of vendor or any of its agents, employees, contractors, or any other person entering the premises with the express or implied invitations or permission of the exhibitor. Vendor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the hotel and their respective employees or agents against any claims or Vendor
Terms (continued): expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The vendor understands that neither FBL nor the hotel maintain insurance covering the vendor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to obtain such insurance.
