The Princeton-Blairstown Center (PBC) is a 116-year old non-profit that serves young people, primarily from historically marginalized communities, by nurturing their social-emotional skills through experiential, environmental, and adventure-based programming on our 268-acre campus.
We focus on the development of self-confidence, individual responsibility, interpersonal and group living skills. The Center works with a variety of age groups and populations. Employees live at the Center and facilitate outdoor activities, which include but are not limited to: high and low ropes courses, group initiatives and games, rappelling, canoeing, hiking and rock-climbing. Employees also assist with logistical support and routine equipment and facilities maintenance.
