  • Package Zen is a professional tool for people who need to manage inbound deliveries as part of their jobs. As a result, we'll need your professional email address to set up a trial account. If your property uses a free email service (for example if your email ends in @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com etc...) we'll need to confirm your email address before getting started.

    It looks like you're signing up for a new trial account at WeWork.

    WeWork already has an account with over 300 locations using Package Zen.

    If you need to get staff access to Package Zen at a WeWork location that is already using Package Zen, you can do so by via the Package Zen dashboard. Please have another Community Team member show you how to use the Shared Building Account to manage your location.

     

    If Package Zen is not yet set up at your location, please email help@packagezen.com and our support team will get your location onboarded.

     

    If you are at a newly opened building and need access to your Building Account, please contact your BOL who has detailed instructions on next steps.
