✅ Volunteer Guidelines Agreement
By submitting this application, I agree to the following:

I will arrive on time for my scheduled shift and check in with the volunteer coordinator.
I understand that reliability is important, and if I cannot attend, I will notify the coordinator as soon as possible.

I will represent the Phoenix Magick Market & Psychic Faire with professionalism, kindness, and respect toward attendees, vendors, readers, performers, and fellow volunteers.

I understand that volunteers are not paid, but will receive event perks as outlined in the Volunteer Package.

I will remain sober and focused during my shift and will not engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

I agree to follow the direction of event organizers and coordinators for the safety and success of the event.

If I am under 18, I will have a parent/guardian present during my shift and provide a signed consent form. Consent forms will be sent after application is recieved.
