- 1. Payments and Liability – Customer agrees to pay the above charges, plus sales tax, within 10 days after receipt of an invoice or statement.
  
  2. Term – This agreement will be for thirty (30) days from the above listed date. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice for any service related issue, as long as the customer notifies Redline and reasonable efforts to resolve the problem do not or cannot correct the problem. Fees are subject to quarterly review and Redline reserves the right to adjust charges with written notice. This agreement will automatically renew at the end of the term date for successive terms unless a 30 day written notification is given.
  
  3. SetUp SetUp time is typically 7-10 Business Days, or 7 Business Days after this form is submitted. 4.Misc. This agreement may not be modified in any matter unless it is presented in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey. This document, the Internet terms and any attachments constitute the entire agreement between parties. This agreement binds and benefits both parties and their successors and assigns.
