NASA New Technology Report (NTR) Compliance All NASA grantees and NASA partners, have an obligation to report new technologies to NASA as required by their agreement. CTSG requires all applicants to comply New Technology Report. The detailed guidelines should be read through in here https://invention.nasa.gov/. Your signature below indicates that you have read through the NTR guideline from NASA and will following the guideline to report any New Technology in your project as soon as you recognize you have a new technology. It is best to submit the NTR before publicly disclosing the new technology.
Campus Directors should check with OSP/Grant Office for any special requirement of each institution that is not included or required by NASA or CTSGC office.
Signatures below certify that the PI’s institution approves of the matching funds commitment indicated above and acknowledges an understanding that if this proposal is awarded, the PI’s institution will need to enter into a sub-contract between itself and the University of Hartford before any NASA CT Space Grant Consortium funds can be disbursed.
