Simply Maid is an Australian based, tech-enabled home cleaning company. We operate in all major cities around Australia. We're rapidly growing and looking to bring onboard a Virtual Assistant to help with our operations and growth.
This is a fully remote position.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in customer service, is highly comfortable speaking on the phone, is a fast learner, and can commit to working with a company long-term. You are expected to have a strong desire to be constantly learning and improving.
The right person will be
- Someone who can strongly handle objections and complaints.
- You must be a switched-on individual who can confidently deal with frustrated clients.
- The ability to take control of a conversation and find solutions for the client.
- A high level of written & spoken English is a MUST. (We're looking for a native English speaker)
Working hours are:
During trial period:
(40 hours/week) 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday | AEST Time
After trial period:
(48 hours/week) 9am-5pm, Monday to Saturday | AEST Time
Requirements:
- Comfortable answering and speaking on phone
- Must use Hubstaff software to track hours worked
- Must have a quality noise-cancelling headset
- Excellent English speaking and writing
- Reliable PC, having a backup PC is preferred also
- Fast Internet
Responsibilities:
- Sales: Dealing with potential customers over the phone, email and live chat. Working towards converting them into bookings. Calling warm leads and closing the booking over phone.
- Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. Using H.E.A.R.D. method via phone, live chat and email.
- Operations: Managing our daily schedule, including coordination of cleaning staff in the field. Responding to quote requests
- Business Development: Finding opportunities to bring additional customers to the business. Creating a business development strategy and putting it into action.
