Swamp Water Cook-off

STEINHATCHEE FIDDLER CRAB FESTIVAL CHILI COOKOFF February 14, 2026
I would like to participate in the chili cook-off to be held on Saturday, February 14, 2026 in Steinhatchee, Florida. Contestants will be responsible for providing a source of heat - propane, charcoal or gas grill. Participants must also provide a table/work space and all needed supplies. Please plan on preparing 3-5 gallons of your recipe.

We will sell mugs to the public to sample a taste of each entry. An Award will be made in the following category:
- People's Choice
- Judge's Choice
- Best Presentation (have a little fun and dress the part while you serve.)

THE LOCATION FOR THE COOK-OFF WILL BE IN THE STEINHATHCEE SCHOOL YARD. SPECIAL PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE COOK-OFF CONTESTANTS. SET-UP AND REMOVAL OF YOUR EQUIPMENT WILL BE VERY EASY.
