    Before we begin with a new service request, its important to know how our service works. We are a Wireless Internet Service Provider, and we deliver the service to your home or business uisng wireless equipment. The next page will show a illistration of what equipment we use and how it is installed.

    This is a typical installation. We install a CPE on the outside of your home or business to receive the signals from our tower. Ten we run a CAT6e cable through the nearest wall, and plug into a POE supply. This cable carries the signals from the CPE to your router. The POE is installed inside and we connect the customers router from the LAN port on the POE. Ridgenet will ONLY make 1 entry point into the home with our CAT6e cabling.

    Terms & Conditions

    SECTION A- Ridgenet Network Group also reserves the right to conduct scheduled maintenance on the services at any given time. Accordingly, Customer's use of the Services and/or Equipment will be subject to the terms and conditions, including price(s), of such agreement, when executed by both parties. At no time may the below signed customer share or redistribute services for profit or nonprofit, equipment, or any property of Ridgenet Network Group with another customer or nonpaying customer of Ridgenet Network Group. Failure to adhere will result in (but not limited to) Deactivation of services, Penalty fine up to USD$100.00 per non-paying customer that has received services or equipment from below signed customer, and subject to law enforcement perusal.


    SECTION B - If equipment is leased from Ridgenet Network Group the customer must agree to the following by signing below:(A) Any equipment stated above that is leased to customer is the sole property of Ridgenet Network Group,(B) Tampering or defacing the listed above equipment is not acceptable and may cause a service outage to customer along with a service charge to reinstate services,(C) Abuse considered to be inflicted by customer or user error will not be replaced by Ridgenet Network Group and the customer will be responsible for replacement at replacement cost to Ridgenet Network Group, (D) Selling of leased equipment is restricted and could potentially be punishable by law,(E) The use of this equipment to engage in interruptions or damage to Ridgenet Network Group’s network will be immediately removed from service at the time of incident and maybe punishable bylaw.


    SECTION C - If equipment is purchased by the customer the customer must agree to the following by signing below:(A) The equipment stated above is the property of the customer, (B) A 1 year warranty will be honored on the equipment stated above, (C) The use of this equipment to engage in interruptions or damage to Ridgenet Network Group’s network will be immediately removed from service at the time of incident and may be punishable bylaw.


    SECTION D - At no time may the below signed customer share or redistribute services for profit or nonprofit, equipment, or any property of Ridgenet Network Group with another customer or nonpaying customer of Ridgenet Network Group. Failure to adhere will result in (but not limited to) Deactivation of services, Penalty fine up to USD$100.00 per non-paying customer that has received services or equipment from below signed customer, and subject to law enforcement perusal. Electronic signatures, faxed, emailed, or scanned, are as effective as signatures. By signing below you the below signed customer, agrees to these terms in sections A-D, and have had ample time to review each section carefully. The customer takes particular notice that the Terms include specific clauses including, but not limited to:(A) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY;(B) LIMITATION OF IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES;AND (C) INDEMNITY,(D) HOLD HARMLESS,(E) AND DEFENSE OFTHE PARTIES, and certifies that the customer understands and agrees to the terms listed heron.
