Family Discounts Rates Available!

Monthly discount rate Up to 50% may be available for family registeration. Qualify by registering additional "household members" jointly.

Uniforms:

Participants are expected to train in official uniform. Order uniforms by selecting the Height (ht) and Weight (lbs) of each participant in the form below. Based on your selection a number will be associated to each uniform size, which are different from conventional sizes. Later in this form you will be asked to list the total number of uniforms to be ordered for payment. Please allow one week to receive your order. Participants are permitted to train without uniform until uniform is received.

FINAL INSTRUCTION TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION

1. Membership Fee: From the dropdown list, select the total number of individuals registering.

2. Monthly Tuition: Select the total number of participants. Any available discounts will automatically apply to this form.

3. Uniforms: Select the total number of uniforms to be ordered. Allow 7-10 days for delivery.

CODE (optional): Apply any discount code you may have received.

Before continuing be sure your payment total equal the number of participants listed for the program. If not, adjust category totals (i.e. Membership, Tution or Unform) to match the total participants.

Once you submit your application, you will be directed to our payment page. Print your payment verification and present to the class instructor for admission. We will contact you using the information provided on the registration form if there are questions regarding your submission.
