I require a NON refundable retainer fee of $400.00 to hold and book your date, and all of the remainder of the money is due 30 days prior to the date of the wedding! If the full amount owed is not paid in full 30 days prior I will NOT be at your event and all monies paid will be kept by photographer!

1.The Client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur for travel, meals, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

2. The retainer fee is not refundable if the Client cancels or changes the session and or Wedding, at any time! If the Photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, for any reason, the retainer fee shall be refunded to the Client.

3. The Client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including but not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at the Photographer's direction; providing a person to guide the Photographer to desired persons and/or scenes; pre-shoot consultations, etc. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance and or cooperation.

4. The Photographer retains copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays this also gives rights to have the photos taken to be used on portfolios, websites and to promote business.

5. All photos that have been edited will be given to client for printing purposes only and Ashley Tons Photography will provide a Print Release Form, which states where photos should be printed for best quality!

6. There will be a fee for ANY extra editing of photographs beyond normal editing practices of Ashley Tons Photography

7. All photographs edited will be delivered to Client whom signed contract ONLY, but clients are free to share with others as they choose, but must follow contract and copyright laws.

8. Act of God Clause- If for any reason there be such an event. EXAMPLE death in family, hospitalization, major pandemic, Ashley Tons Photography LLC has the right to cancel and or reschedule session fee.

 Photography Packages

Ruby $1400.00 plus tax                                                                     

This is up to 4 hours of shoot time, usually for short and sweet wedding

This will start when you ask me to be there and then up to 4 hours of shoot time; with this will include me of course I can't say exactly how many photos will be taken but anywhere from 100-300 photos per hour and, I generally edit around 50 per hour of coverage and or possibly more for a small get together, but this varies on how large the wedding is, photos requested and so on, you will receive digitally enhanced images via an online gallery and also be given a Flash drive with a printing release, 60 minute engagement session.

Diamond $2200.00 plus tax 

This is 8 hours of wedding coverage, this will start at the time you request and then go 8 hours from then, I try to stay until you have tossed the bouquet and the garter, so please try to plan your time accordingly. I try my hardest to not miss the big parts of the reception, and with larger weddings I generally edit around 50 per hour of coverage and or possibly more. I edit more because I take more, generally you will receive 100- 400 photos or more digitally enhanced images via an online gallery and also be given a Flash drive with a printing release, with this package I include a 60 minute engagement session. 

Sapphire $2800.00 plus tax

This is 12 hours of wedding coverage; I will start when you ask me...to and then go 12 hours from then, and this package will cover all of your important details of the day, but please try to plan your time accordingly. I try my hardest to not miss the big parts of the reception, and with larger weddings I generally edit around 50 per hour of coverage and or possibly more. I edit more because I take more, generally you will receive 100- 400 photos or more digitally enhanced images via an online gallery and also be given a Flash drive with a printing release , with this package I include a 60 minute engagement session. 

By The hour coverage- for those who only need a few hours or simply just one hour!

$450.00 an hour plus tax

This is 25-50 images and hour, edited and placed on a disk with printing rights!
