    Vendor Application

    We will be hand selecting a variety of artisans and vendors that we feel fit the look and style of our market. We are looking for a selection of quality handmade or vintage, recycled and repurposed items. This year we are looking for mostly vintage and antique vendors. However other suitable sellers may include; jewelery, pottery, artwork, macrame, vintage clothing, soap and body works.


    (Please Note:some vendors may not be a good fit. Home-based businesses such as Avon, Partylite, Epicure etc. will NOT BE APPROVED.)

    There are only 30 vendor spots available.

    Market Rules & Regulations:

    Vendor Fees: Please note all vendor fees are nonrefundable and are $100 per 10 x 10 space. Vendors are welcome to have more space if they would like and will be charged double or triple if they require more space. Please wait for an acceptance letter before sending your vendor fees. Spots will NOT be held without payment within the first 48 hours. If you do not respond or pay your vendor spot we will move onto the next applicant. 

    Payment: All payments after being accepted are to be sent to alteredolives@gmail.com within 48 hours please make the Password: Market

    Vendor Spaces: Are 10x10 (we let our vendors expand beyond this space and we are very easy going) all vendor spots are indoor/outdoor spaces. We will have your spaces mapped out before the day of the market and will provide maps for all vendors. There will be absolutely no change in spots and we pick spots to create the best astomphere and flow that we believe is best for the market. If you require electrical outlets for your booth please let us know upon your application and we will do our best to accomodate you. 

    Vendor Requirements: Though market experience is not necessary we require all our vendors to be polite, tidy and presentable. You will need your own tables, chairs, decor, payment system, tent or anything else you may need. We require all vendors keep their space clean and tidy upon arrival and departure. We ask our vendors to visit our facebook "event page"
    and our facebook page to promote the event. Please "Share" and "Invite" customers, family or friends to attend. 

    Advertising: We advertise on all social media platforms. 


    Setup/Takedown:
    Set up starts at 8am the day of the market - Vendors to be parked by 10 for opening.Parking for vendors is at the very back of Blue Grouse Winery we will need you to move your vehicle as soon as you have unloaded as to not cause congestion for others setting up. Take down will happen when the event has ended at 4 (please do not leave before this time) or start packing up before this time. Please remove any garbage or belongings with you. 

    What you can expect from us and who we are :

    We are a team of two- Sarah & Wendy Hiebert (daughter & mother) we collaborated a few years ago in hopes of creating an awesome event for vintage shoppers alike. This tiny market has surpassed our dreams and now is a well known yearly event attended by many.

    We want you to have a successful and enjoyable day selling your wares. We strive to make this market amazing each year. You can expect from us advertising on all social media platforms- facebook, instagram, all online forums/groups, signage for the market, posters & handouts. We plan again this year to do a giveaway last year we gave away $50, $75 and $100 market dollars. We do this to bring people to our event and to also support our vendors. All market dollars go directly to our vendors.

    This year's market we will be charging an $2 admission fee to all those attending- children under the age of 12 will be FREE. This fee will help us expand our market allowing us to reach more traffic, have larger sales of your wares, more advertising, and best of all bigger and better market dollar giveaways!
