Please fill out and submit this Vendor Application form to be considered for this year's festival no later than May 1, 2024. Submissions received after May 1st, will not be eligible to participate in the 2024 Warrensburg Corn Festival. All applications will be reviewed by the Festival Committee for approval. Payment is due upon application approval and must be received by June 18, 2024. A $25 late fee will be charged for payment received after June 18th. A 50% refund may be requested for cancellations made by July 1,2024.
Vendors must be open during these hours, but may open earlier or remain open later if they choose.

Space and Fees
- Spaces are 10’ x 20’
- Limited water available on a first come first serve basis
- Participants will be assigned to a vendor space. All decisions regarding space and location assignments made by the Festival are final.
- Standard space: $250.00
- Additional charge for Electricity: $50.00
- Additional charge for Water: $25.00
- Limit ONE vendor per space (If multiple spaces are needed please specify)

It is imperative that the information you submit is correct as we will only be prepared to provide you with the service you have requested.

How many feet of cable you will be bringing?

Vendors using 220v service MUST provide a minimum of 100 feet of 4 conductor cable (2 hot, 1 neutral, 1 ground) appropriately sized to serve your load.
Will you need water?
Additional charge of $25 for water. The Festival will provide, at no charge, a hose connector for the nearest fire hydrant (subject to availability). You must provide your own hose that is RV quality, certified for drinking water use, and long enough to reach without couplings. Hoses may cross the street and be subject to vehicle traffic.
Key Rules and Regulations:
- Participants may not sell soft drinks, alcohol, or sweet corn.
- Food trucks will not be permitted to enter/leave the Festival during Festival hours.
- Set-up 9AM -3PM Thursday, July18th. Participants may leave beginning 7PM, July 20th. Contact the Festival immediately regarding any conflicts regarding setup times and dates.
- Participants are responsible for providing their own electrical cords, lighting and heat source.
- Space surface may be pavement. Participants are responsible for securing their tent and equipment.
- Vendor agrees to maintain all operating equipment and supplies in a self-contained booth or within the designated supply areas.
- Applications are subject to approval by the Festival Committee.
- Applicants will receive an email confirmation upon approval.
Health Code:
Participants agree to adhere to the Macon County Health Department regulations. The Macon County Health Department requires food vendors to purchase a mobile temporary food permit. Participants must show their permit upon inspection to comply with public health codes. More Information may be acquired by calling the Macon County Health Department at (217) 423-6988.
Certificate of Insurance
All participants must have sufficient liability insurance on record prior to participating in the Warrensburg Corn Festival. Certificate of insurance must be received with application.
The participant assumes all responsibilities for and shall bear all liabilities and expenses relating to the products offered for sale. The participant shall save the sponsoring groups, The Village of Warrensburg, their employees, agents, officials, and their successors and indemnify and hold harmless them from all liability, loss, cost, attorney’s fees, expenses or damages howsoever caused by reason of products sold by participant or any act of omission by participant, including but not limited to any injury, whether to body, property, or personal or business character or reputation, sustained by any person to any person or to property, and for any violation of municipal, state, or federal laws or regulations governing the products of their sale, which may result from the sale or distribution of the products by the participant.
Payment and Refunds
- Payments must be made in Full by June 18, 2024.
- Make Checks payable to Village of Warrensburg and include “food vendor” on the memo line.
- In the event you must cancel, you may receive a 50% refund if requested before July 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 1,2024.
- There will be a $50.00 charge for all NSF checks for any reason. This fee must be paid in full prior to your admittance.
