Australian Catholics submissions

Thank you for your interest in writing for Australian Catholics. Please review the following submission guidelines and conditions before submitting your article.

Australian Catholics produces a quarterly print magazine and two weekly e-newsletters, Catholic Teacher and Parish Life.

Articles which appear in Australian Catholics magazine, as well as those that appear in Catholic Teacher and Parish Life, are made available to schools, parishes and other Catholic institutions for reproduction and use in classroom or formation activities. Further payment will not be made for such use. Please advise in this form if you are unhappy with this arrangement.

If the article has been commissioned by the Editor, the payment rate will have been outlined by the Editor on commissioning. If this is not the case, please contact the Editor.

If the article has not been commissioned, but is selected for publication, the Editor will be in touch with you about payment rates and details.

Payment is usually made after each print edition has hit the streets.

Please note: We like to receive submissions with:

1. as little formatting as possible (no images, indents or double spacing)
2. single spacing after full stops
3. 'single' quotation marks
4. per cent, not % or percent
5. relevant links embedded

The Editor has final say on all submissions. While we strive to respond to every submission that follows the submission guidelines, we are unfortunately not able to give individualised feedback.
