The Hill College Cause for Applause annual award is to recognize an employee that went above and beyond for promoting student success. Please nominate an employee who has demonstrated any or all of the following during the year:

Excellence in overall work performance

Positive morale through a congenial, supportive attitude and by providing service to others

Effort to improve themselves as well as to develop and recognize others

Initiative and creativity resulting in improved operating efficiency of the Department, Division, and/or College

Enhances the image of the Department, Division, and/or College

Exemplifies/demonstrates the Hill College Core Values, Mission, and/or Vision
