The A-PLUS Scholars Program is an enrichment program designed to foster academic success in students with majors in the social sciences or humanities. The program provides a broad range of services including tutoring, academic counseling, program participation stipend, skills development, enrichment activities, internship and research opportunities, graduate school/career preparation, specialized workshops, and field trips.

A-PLUS Requirements
All accepted students must:
- Maintain a 3.0 or above G.P.A.
- If you have a GPA below a 3.0, still apply, but your enrollment in the program will be pending on your commitment and achievement of a 3.0.
- Maintain a social science or humanities major/career path
- Meet with A-PLUS staff three times each semester
- Develop and maintain an academic plan
- Complete an internship or research project before graduating
- Attend workshops/Speaker Series
Failure to meet minimum requirements will result in a negative standing within the program and may cause the student to be dropped from the program.
