Goat entry details

Please fill out this section for the 3 ring ADGA sanctioned doe show on Saturday April 22, 2023

• Please fill in the boxes below for each goat you plan to enter into the show. 
• Please type your goats details as it appears on their registration papers (barn names are not accepted)
• Tattoos, please indicate as they appear on your registration papers. 
• Under Judges, please indicate which judge(s) you plan to show under (If not all).

Waiting on papers for goats, no problem: Please add your young stock or any goat you plan to enter even if you are waiting on their papers. This form has an edit submission option even after you submit, so you can go back any time before April 15th, 2023 @ 5pm PST and update those details. You will find the edit option on your cofirmation email once you submit (or message me and I can send you the link). If you get papers after this date, you can update at show check-in, just come early if you know you'll need to adjust.

QUICK TIP: If you have an online ADGA account you can pull up your owner's list under "look up a goat" then simply copy and paste those details in the boxes below where applicable, this can save you lots of time and helps ensure accuracy!       If you are doing this, don't worry about the date formatting from ADGA, we can format that as we finalize your forms, just paste it as is.

 

Cost of entry

How to fill out costs of goatsXrings: Add up the number of goat you have per ring. Most exhibitors will show in all 3 rings so you would put your total number of goats entered under the quantity for ($15.00) but if you are showing under only one judge then add your totals for those rings accordingly below. 

Early Entry  - On or Before April 10  - $5 per goat per Ring

Regular Entry - After April 10 - $6 per goat per ring

PLEASE!  Be aware that small shows like this need all the Goats we can get to make sanction numbers!  So please consider showing your girls in all rings :)

Pens - We have 2 different styles of pens.  We have Chainlink and tube-style.  We plan to put both styles up for all the rings.  

Pens are NOT included with the Doe-Nut Deal so please make sure to order any pens you need!

Showing out of your trailer: Yes, you can show out of your trailer at no cost :)

**MUST sign up for Unlimited Entries BEFORE April 10!!  After that, it is $6 per goat per Ring! and $175 for Unlimited Entries!!!!
