Growplaceless Remote Career Story

The Growplaceless program is a career development program designed specifically for remote workers—we discuss some of the unique challenges that remote professionals face when trying to develop their remote careers, like:

building social capital (strong personal networks) both within and outside your organization
increasing and maintaining visibility so that leaders recognize your contributions
understanding what opportunities are available

One of our modules is about vision—being able to articulate what your future career goals are. In order to get clear on our vision, we draw on our own goals and experiences, but we also look for inspiration in other people's stories.

That's where you come in.

"We can't be what we can't see"—in remote work, it can be extra difficult to understand what is even possible for our careers. Let's change that by sharing our stories of how we ourselves have grown.
