INCLEMENT WEATHER
In any case that weather may affect the operation of the mirror, pause, or stop it all together, the client understands that they are responsible to plan and execute a weather contingency plan. If a proper plan is not in place or carried out by the client, Mirrored Memories reserves the right to cancel or leave the event at any time to protect their equipment from damage without requirement of a refund to the client. The client acknowledges that even if the photo booth is able to operate, weather may hinder the use of the accompanying features such as backdrop, props & flash and that absence of these features may affect the final result of photos and that Mirrored Memories shall not be held responsible. The client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the provider’s equipment caused by the lack of a proper weather contingency plan. Examples of inclement weather that would require a weather contingency plan are as follows:
a) Any rain, sprinklers or standing water on the ground in any area the photo booth will be set up or travel through.
b) A large amount of wind or gusts that could cause the backdrop or flash umbrella damage.
c) Bright sunlight that would be reflected in the mirror causing animations to be difficult to see.
