We will attempt to accommodate all requests for audio visual equipment. Please note that AV equipment and packages are a cost to ACCT. If you request AV and your needs change, please inform the Workshop Coordinators ASAP as you could potentially save the Association money, and last minute changes may result in additional, sometimes expensive, hotel/convention center charges! All rooms will have flipchart paper on a stand, and markers.
Internet and Wi-Fi access cannot be guaranteed due to prohibitive costs and unpredictable signal/building issues. If you need access, you are welcome to attempt to use your own wifi hotspot and we may be able to help you set that up. Please plan accordingly and contact us if you have questions or concerns that we can help with.
