Stephanie Conti Photography agrees to provide photography services to the Client in consideration of payment provided pursuant to the terms of this photography services contract. The session fee covers the time and talent of the Photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images, as determined by the Photographer, and for the images to be delivered via online gallery. All sessions will include a set number of images to be determined by the Photographer before the signing of this contract. Additional images may be available for editing and purchase at a standard rate per image.
Client agrees to pay the full amount indicated in this contract in full via cash, Venmo, or check no later than session date.
Session locations over 25 miles from the Photographer are at her discretion and are subject to travel fees. The Client will pay $1 per mile over 25 miles (to cover both there and back).
Client agrees that Stephanie Conti Photography shall be the sole and exclusive photographer for the events specified in this photography services contract. In the unlikely event that the Photographer is injured or becomes ill or in any way cannot follow through on this contract or for whatever reason is unable to photograph the event, the Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.
Although all care will be taken with digital files and the photographs taken, the Photographer limits any liability for loss, mechanical failure, damage, injury, or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to the return of the contract fees stated herein.
Client agrees that Stephanie Conti Photography cannot guarantee certain poses or coverage quality, and that Stephanie Conti Photography shall in no way be held liable for compromised coverage due to interference from third parties or the environment.
Stephanie Conti Photography holds full copyright to the images resulting from this photography services contract. No rights are or will be transferred without prior written consent from Stephanie Conti Photography.
Images delivered to Client are subject to personal use only.
Stephanie Conti Photography will compile an online gallery of fully edited, full resolution, digital images for the Client that are included with their session. At no time, and for no reason, will the Photographer ever release raw or unedited images. The Photographer will compile all images which meet her standards for exposure, artistry, etc. In person sales at the Photographers studio for the Client to view all soft proofed session images may be available at an additional cost.
The Photographer will archive images for no longer than 6 months, at which time they will be purged for good. After the purchased images have been downloaded, the Client assumes all responsibility for the files. Photographer is not responsible for loss or damage to the digital files due to circumstances beyond photographer’s control.
The Client agrees to "tag" or attribute all photographs posted to social media platforms back to Stephanie Conti Photography anytime they are used. Client may wish to use watermarked images, tag the business pages, or give photo credit in the caption lines. No images are to be posted without reference to Stephanie Conti Photography. Additionally, the Client agrees not to alter the images produced by the Photographer in any way. No filters or other edits may be applied to these images. This alters the brand of the Photographer and does not represent the work she delivered.
The Photographer will NOT release RAW images. The Client gives full consent to the Photographer to cull, choose, and edit the gallery per the Photographer's discretion.
This photography service contract shall be the sole agreement governing the terms of the services provided pursuant to this agreement. No other agreement, written or oral, shall be upheld or enforced.
Client agrees to fully reimburse Stephanie Conti Photography for any legal fees incurred in the course of enforcing this contract.
Any legal disputes related to this contract will be resolved according to the laws of Glynn County, Georgia in a county court of law. Stephanie Conti, her company, the venue, and any associated parties will not be held liable for any injuries which might be incurred during the session or while on her property or on location. Neither will the afore mentioned parties be held liable for any damages or injuries to the Client, their children, family members, or any property during the session or while on her property.
