WAIVER: Bicycling, Walking and Running on private and public roads is an inherently dangerous sport. Risks include, but are not limited to: Injury due to loose dirt , rocks, road imperfections, bicycle malfunction, encounters with automobile traffic, improper training/preparation, walking, and running included in all the peris listed above and others in etc.. In consideration these and all other risks, I waive any and all claims for myself and my and child, and my heirs against all sponsors, organizers, and associated entities, for injury or illness due directly or indirectly from my participation in the event. I agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Helmets, and shoes are required to ride, and proper running, and walking gear is required to participate in the event.
