Kid-netic Games 2020 Information
Date of event: Saturday, May 16, 2020
Hours of the Event: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm;
Set-up/schedule: The venue will be open at 7:00 am, please have booth set up by 8:00 am.
*Athlete registration will begin at 8:00 am and Opening Ceremonies at 8:30 am and competition will begin following the opening ceremony. Athletes and their families will be indoors for competition following lunch so you can plan to close your booth at around 1:30 pm.

Kid-netic Games 2020 Exhibitor Rules
1. Application for exhibit space must be made using this Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Form. Applications will be accepted until May 1, 2020.
2. Exhibitor space is limited and will be assigned on a first come/first serve basis. This event is outdoors, please come prepared. It may be windy, sunny, hot/cold etc. Each exhibitor will be provided a table and chairs and bottled water. One 10x10 pop up tent may be utilized but must be provided by the exhibitor and the exhibitor assumes the responsibility for the safety and security of the tent. If it rains, exhibitor tables will be set-up indoors.
3. Lunch and bottled water will be provided with reservations.
4. The cost for a single space is $250 or $25 for non-profit organizations.
Cost is included in all sponsorship levels.
5. If an exhibitor cancels after May 8, 2020 or fails to show up for the event, exhibit fees are not refundable.
6. Displays should be confined to your assigned area unless prior approval is given. Many participants will be using wheelchairs; therefore, areas in front and on the sides of the tables must remain clear to allow access.
7. If balloons or other items are used, they must be latex free.
The Submission of this form confirms that you understand and agree to the following: Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Region 10 ESC and its sponsors, hosts or assigns from any and all liability to any person or persons for any condition, defect or otherwise that may occur as a part of this event. By making application to exhibit, the exhibitor releases the foregoing named parties from any loss, damage or injury. Exhibitors are solely responsible for any personal items and any equipment. It is the policy of Region 10 Education Service Center not to discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender or handicap in its vocational programs, services or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended. Region 10 Education Service Center will take steps to ensure that lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in all educational programs and services.
