• 2019 Standard Poodle Puppy Application

    Honey X Ruger
  • Psst...thanks for completing this application! At first glance, you might thing "sheesh, this is a little long - are all these questions really necessary?" I know, because I thought the same thing when we got our dogs! We hand-raise all of our puppies in our home with our children and love them, and we hope you love your puppy, too.

Every family is different, and there are no right or wrong answers. We know many families have two working adults and we don't expect anyone to be a superhero and quit a day job just to be able to take home a puppy. Every puppy family has different needs, and this application helps us identify who needs what information and what homes might make the best fit. If you're a veteran poodle owner, we don't want to waste your time regaling things you already know; by the same token, if this is your first puppy or first poodle, we want to make sure you leave prepared for what life with a puppy may bring. So again, thank you!

    • Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from Oklahoma Standard Poodles, but it does not guarantee I'll get a puppy from this or any future litter. While it's unlikely, the breeder reserves the right to refuse any placement at any time.

If this application is approved, you'll receive a link to make a deposit on a puppy when puppies are available. Please make this deposit within 48 hours of the approval e-mail. If you make a deposit, you are committing to take a puppy from the litter, regardless of whether your gender/color preference is available. Should you elect to not take a puppy from the litter, the deposit is forfeited. We do the best to match preferences. You should review both the deposit policies and pick of litter policies on our website for any updates.

We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.
