Restore Canada collects and retains personal information for the purpose of nurturing a relationship with, and providing care and assistance to, our clients.
Protecting client's privacy is very important to us at Restore Canada.
We share client information with volunteers who are involved in helping our clients. Our volunteers come from area churches who partner with Restore.
If a volunteer recognizes a client's name, they will not be involved with that client without express permission from the client.
Restore staff may see client information in order to assist the volunteers or as they maintain records. We do collect statistics but we do not use client name or other identifying information.
All Restore staff and volunteers follow the laws with regards to suspected child abuse or potential of harm to the client or others.
