  • The Cheadle Community Club will only provide access to the Cheadle Hall for the period that you rent. Once the rental agreement is signed and the invoice and security deposit are paid, you will be sent a personal PIN that will provide you access and will only work in the dates and times you submit below.

  • Terms:

    We will confirm that your dates and time are available.

    A invoice for the security deposit and rental fee will be emailed to you and must be paid to confirm and finalize your rental.

    A rental agreement must also be filled out and returned to us as soon as possible.

    The Secuity Deposit will be mailed back to you via cheque after the Hall has been checked by one of our members. Allow 14 days for Delievery.

    We do not accept personal cheques. Credit Cards and E-Transfers are accepted forms of payment.
