II. Training Cancellation
Every effort is made to not cancel an event. However, if there is insufficient attendance (fewer than 20 paid registrants) 30 days prior to the practicum, the Host and the ICC will mutually decide whether to continue or cancel the event. If it is mutually decided to cancel, any paid registrations will be refunded by the ICC, but the Host or students will not be compensated for any out-of-pocket costs.
If the ICC cancels the event, student registrations are refundable, less 2.9% banking fees. No refunds are given for travel arrangements or expenses.
If a student cancels registration: a written request for a refund must be received prior to the event or a refund is not granted. In addition, before the event, the following fees apply: a 20% administrative fee is assessed on refunds 31-44 days prior to the event. A 50% administrative fee is assessed on cancellations between 16-30 days prior to the event. Please be aware that no refunds are given 15 days or less prior to the event. No refunds are given for travel arrangements or expenses.
