I understand that, in consenting to my child's registration, I am enabling my child to participate in all relevant communications from you concerning the online and in person auditions. I understand that I may withdraw my permission, with written notice as set forth in the Privacy Policy, at any time. I also understand that it is important to provide accurate information in this consent form in case you need to contact me for any reason. The audition and rehearsal process for School Of Rock (the “Production”) will be filmed at various points throughout. By submitting this application to attend auditions you agree that the Producer may: Film, photograph and record my child’s voice during auditions and rehearsals of theProduction; Make copies of the any recordings or photographs so made; Use my child’s name and likeness for the purposes of education, promotion or advertising of the Production; Broadcast any of the footage, photographs or recording taken via television, radio, digitally or online. I further understand that all recordings, footage and photographs remain the property of the Producer and that there will be no restrictions on the number of times that they may be used. I understand that I am to receive no compensation and that the Producer shall have complete ownership of any material produced. I give the Producer the right to use my (child’s) name, likeness and biographical material to publicise the Production and any broadcast of the footage, recordings or photographs
