Stalls to be set up by 8am to be finished by 6pm

Payments must be made within 7 days by BAC, Cash or Cheque on agreement of pitch.

All pitch holders to supply own equipment.

Gazebos must be appropriately weighted and will asked to be taken down if they appear to be unstable.

Cars and Vans will not have access on to the pitch site so all equipment and products will need to be carried from the road
