First Americans' Educational Leadership Program Mentor Application

The FAEL mentors will work with participants who are currently enrolled in the Master of School Administration Progam to provide support, coaching, and guidance during the participants pre-service training. Mentor requirements include:

1) meeting in person at least once a month with each mentee;

2) make contact with each mentee at least once a week (virtually);

3) attend monthly FAEL Professional Development Sessions and attend the week-long summer Transformational Leadership Academy.

4) maintain accurate records/logs of mentoring sessions with each mentee; and

5) follow all guidelines and responsibilities as outlined in the FAEL Program requirements for mentors.
