The Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival reserves the right to remove any company from participation in the Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival should the company members or an individual member engage in illegal activity; behave unprofessionally; or otherwise place the Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival itself at risk. Force Majeur: While Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival will schedule 4 performance times for each company, if performances are delayed or interrupted by an act of God, fire, flood, war, public disaster, strikes or labour difficulties, governmental enactment, regulation or order, or any other cause beyond the control of the Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival, the Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival shall not be liable for any lost revenues or performance times. By submitting your application, this indicates that you have read and agree to all of the Windsor-Walkerville Fringe Festival’s policies as outlined here.
