Our service is open to individual taxpayers who have gross income less than $67,000 in 2024 and who are required to file only federal and North Dakota returns. We do not prepare military returns or returns for any other state. We also do not prepare prior year returns. In addition, we are unable to prepare taxes for any individual with rental income, royalty income or a business that has depreciable property.

We are located on the 3rd floor of Old Main at Minot State University. Old Main is at the top of the horseshoe driveway off of University Ave. Please enter through the East door. There is an elevator directly inside that door that will take you to the 3rd floor.
