Our service is open to individual taxpayers who have gross income less than $58,000 in 2022 and who are required to file only federal and North Dakota returns. We do not prepare military returns or returns for any other state. We also do not prepare prior year returns. In addition, we are unable to prepare taxes for any individual with rental income, royalty income or a business that has depreciable property.
