We will also need a copy of your childs' birth certificate and a copy of your insurance card. You can either upload, email, bring a copy to an in-person registration as in the directions above.
A deposit of $50 is due and is refunded at equipment hand-in at the end of the season if parent performs aminimum of 4 hours of work to help the league. Any of the following will apply: setting up or breakingdown for home games, garbage detail during/after games, concession stand help during games, chaingang, cleaning restrooms, announcing/score board, and lining the elds. (Can be an undated check thatcan be returned at the end of the season)
A deposit of $50 is due at equipment hand-out. You will be liable for the care and return of any and allequipment to be handed out. Equipment must be turned in at the time of request. (Can be an undated check that can be returned at equipment hand-in)
