  • 2020 Rush Fees

    This year, we are going to try having the cost of rushing an order change on a quarterly basis. That way ordering a rush during the slow season costs you less money and ordering one during the busiest season costs more. Here is the schedule for the rush prices.

    Q1 (January 1st - March 31st): $25
    Q2 (April 1st - June 30th): $50
    Q3 (July 1st - September 30th): $75
    Q4 (October 1st - December 31st): $100

    As a side note, the holiday season rush policy that we tried out in 2019 was a success. We did not get overwhelmed and kept up with the orders nicely. However considering the rush fee for the holidays of 2020 is $100, chances are we will not use that policy again. For that much money it feels unjust to make anyone wait more than a week.

  • **Orders with a “Rush” are moved up in the queue,
    but will not be prioritized over projects that are past due.
    The internal due date that we place on a rush is changed to
    one week rather than our usual goal of 4 weeks. If you need
    something finished in less than a week, call us to negotiate charges.
