For the safety of our animals, our shelter, and our community, all fosters are required to sign a liability contract which holds the foster responsible for the actions of the said animal, and those who may come in contact with the animal while in the foster’s care.

I understand that while West Feliciana Animal Humane Society is the owner of my foster, I also understand that I am responsible for the foster. My failure to alert WFAHS of any concerns may result in my own liability.*
