By submitting this document, you are confirming that you have received consent from your principal or direct supervisor to move forward with this project.
Before submitting your request please consider the following:
- We request three weeks of notice for a design request.
- All copy must be approved by the Chief Communications Officer before design work begins.
*Please note projects are entitled to a maximum of three rounds of editing. It will greatly reduce errors if you submit final copy with your order and carefully proofread each draft of the design.
Once the requestor indicates approval of the final version via email, items are immediately submitted to the printer. Changes cannot be made. If the requestor determines a reprint is necessary, the requestor is responsible for all charges. Please be advised print shops cannot always accommodate reprints on short notice.
