By submitting this document, you are confirming that you have received consent from your principal or direct supervisor to move forward with this project.
We request two weeks' notice for a single piece, and six weeks for a larger campaign. Please note excessive edits and calls to the printer delay work for other clients. A change that seems minor can, in fact, affect the entire design. In order to best serve the district, please note the following:
All copy should be polished and ready for use in the design. All copy must be approved by the Director of Communications or director's designee before design work begins.
*Please note projects are entitled to a maximum of three rounds of editing. It will greatly reduce errors if you submit final copy with your order and carefully proofread each draft of the design.
Once the requestor indicates approval of the final version via email, items are immediately submitted to the printer. Changes cannot be made. If the requestor determines a reprint is necessary, the requestor is responsible for all charges. Please be advised print shops cannot always accommodate reprints on short notice.
